Indeed. The way they are using Nasir the bowler reminds one of they way Shakib used to use Mahmudullah as the bowler. In a team where Shakib, Naeem, Nasir, Kapali and Ashraful can all roll their arms, I do not see the reason of sticking with Razzak. Another pacer, or even Hom should have been taken in his place [and Hom can bowl a few overs himself too].

Advice to Imrul: Hit out full blast.

I think he's better off going T20 mode than block every ball. Whatever quick runs we get from him is a plus. it also gives later players to play in longer.
