I dont know if anyone follows his FB page. But it seems like he is quite interested in himself. Feels more like the page of a fashion model than a cricketer.

I guess this happens to our sports people. A little bit of success and they get carried away.

Yep www.nasir-hossain.com. Seriously? Even Kohli doesnt have his own website

Should have put that energy and effort in the nets instead.

wow just wow. he also has a section called 'Nasir Exposed'. I put Chrome in Incognito Mode and then clicked on it not knowing what to expect. That's what instant fame does to people.

Give him a break please. So what he opened a web site? Who cares what he does when he is not playing, he is free to open anything he wants. He is having a bad time with the bat lately and his body language is questionable but we should not worry about this lousy website.
And I seriously think all these comments are because of his poor form. Ajke Nasir form e thakle onekei tokhon ei website er proshongshay poncho mukh thakto

we should employ a new strategy to BD: we should just play a bunch of promising 20 year olds and then have them retire after rookie season and then next year play another bunch of 20 year olds and repeat this cycle. This way nobody will be famous and everybody will give their best.

I think that should be the life of a celebrity. Whatever one does, one should be responsible and accountable to his fans for that. Thats what makes you a celebrity and it doesn't come free. He has chosen to represent a nation and if he needs a break he is good to quit any moment. Look at syed rasel he is now businessman of a clothing shop- who cares.

I agree with you about celebrity life but my point was we would've looked at his website in a different way had he performed well. Now that he is out of form, everything he does now look hideous.

Let me tell you this..wait till he comes back to form and you will see how people will start exalting him again. His website will become instant hit

nai mamar cheye kana mama bhalo. Atleast looks like he is getting his confidence back with the bat.

Now with fielding, I don't know what is the issue with him. This can only be fixed working hard with the fielding coach and we may have to wait after the t20.

technical skills maybe, but should at least spell check. Plays unprofessional cricket, and puts up unprofessional website.

Sadly this is what is happening. None of our cricketers survive long enough to enter the senior cricketer phase. The Anamuls and Mosssadeks will now start to replace Tamim and co.

Thats not a bad plan actually. Knowing the short career expectancy of our crickerters, we need to find a bunch of Anamuls next year if we ever want to get close to that world cup.

if our total cricket does not move in the right direction, its not far away when anamaul turn into another nasir.

we need our cricket to move in right direction and bring the nasir's back

Nasir in interviews has stated that "I would die for Bangladesh cricket". So i dont doubt his commitment. He is just badly out of form and very low on confidence and is taking everything for granted. And the attention he is getting is clearly getting to him and seems to have gotten carried away with his new found fame.

-_- it's not like he sat down and build the site by coding/photoshop/designing it by himself. That's what website builders are for. Fans these days ...
