having looked at the scores i realized that international reputation counts for little in the domestic setup and there are a lot of banker kinda players that people who follow closely know about and have picked them in their teams... players like Taposh Baysha and Elias Sunny have become more important than shafiul or shakib...

Ya international cricket is a totally different ballgame compared to domestic cricket. Our international level batsmen though have separated themselves from the other players which is great to see. In the past you had players like ash and aftab who failed to be consistent in domestics and couldn't really separate themselves from other players. The bowlers though haven't been able to bowl consistently. Its time for them to really distance themselves from others. I feel its very important to perform at any level of cricket you play.

Well Tushar Imran didn't get a chance to bat yet I think, both of the matches Biman won pretty convincingly so he probably didn't even need to come out to bat. As far as I know rakibul was suppose to be playing for Kalabagan so he if he was playing for them he should have batted already. May be he didn't make significant contribution so that's why he is not in the scorecard.
which team is Tareq Aziz suppose to be playing for?

My first round score was 562
Anamul 22
Iliyas 5/36 30X5+50 = 200
Faisal Decans 33
Sabbir 34 & 2/27 34+60=94
Shuvagoto Hom 50* 50+25=75
Ashraful 43* & 2/52 43+60=103
Dont know about any other players
So only from those points my total score will be 1089 not 1067
I know thats a very hard work to maintain the score table properly but like to get the genuine points. Sorry for the trouble.

one question... the points table for players... does it include bonus points (eg 25 for a 50 ) or simply includes runs/wkts points...

@ parvez your score is 1089. I added Anamul's 22 after I posted the league table.

includes bonus points. for
Fifty = 25 points
Century = 50 points (no one has yet to score century)
4 wicket = 20 points
5 wicket = 50 points
Soon MoM will be added and WK catches will be added. Providing the full scorecard becomes available.

Thank you for the updated table and player points, MoC! I can relate to the amount of effort it takes to manage a fantasy league... really commendable.
Just one tiny bit of suggestion: if you keep updating the first post of this thread with your latest team standings, then everyone would have easy access to their results. Thank you once again!

Thanks Mahir. I will do that from next round.
The problem is not updating it here, the problem is gathering all the scores as the full scorecard is yet to be published any where.
prothom-alo and ittefaq seems to have more detailed score where as daily star and new age has better match report.

Yes, noticed.
It would be the best if you could get your hands on those original PDF scoresheets that Miraz bhai used to get. I don't know if he knows that he is in high demand in this Fantasy section... maybe you can just ask him for those?

Miraz bhai is in Bangladesh right now and he wont be back for a while. So unfortunately we are screwed, if he was around we wouldnt have any problem. But its good to see this much attention. I think the best domestic fantasy league will be during the T20 games. There will be live coverage so more people will be into it.

I'm not playing any fantasy for a while now. But every fantasy gets my Visit every time I visit BC.

Night_Wolf and Tiger444 moved up the table. They can thank Riyad,Mushy and Tamim for it. I have updated the players table on post number 1, I will update the league leaderboard after this round is complete.

I did the opposite, Mushy is one of my favourite players, I deserve this after betraying him.

^ is rokibul even playing? I think if he was playing his name would have been mentioned at least once. Usually the reporters make sure to mention national players name weather they score 0 or 100. I was hoping SN would fire because he wants to make a good case fo himself ahead of world cup but nahh forget it.
