Tbh, with only his batting Nasir looks to be a better match winner than Sakib in a more consistent way.

If you want to know the definition of "finisher", then look at the batting features of Nasir.

But Shakib all through his career had to come to the crease when BD is 15/4 or 25/4 or at best 50/4.. So I won't really compare Shakib with Nasir at this point.. For a long long time it seemed only Shakib is playing... Nasir is way fortunate to have to come to a well balanced team where the batsmen before him has scored the bulk of the runs so all he have to do is keep his cool and bring a greater finish to BD innings !!!

Nevertheless Nasir is a great batsman !!! I completely agree with you that he made a great difference in BD lineup.. We always had run scorer in Tamim, Shakib, Mushy but once we lost these wickets there was no one to finish the game... Now Nasir is the Mr reliable down the order and that means a lot for a team like Bangladesh... Hats off to this young man !!

I can't agree, the team wasn't a balanced team when NAsir joined, it's Nasir who after joining made BD a balanced team.
U could say that for Vijay or Mominul , they came in when BD became a balanced team.

if TI, SHAK and MASH is back in the team, we will become a respectable team in ODI and T20, we are progressing well in test arena as well. we just need to find 1-2 great test bowlers to take 20 wickets.
