We should bowl first. England can chase potentially any target with their fire power. Let them set a target.

The keyword is potentially. Yes, Outside WC England successfully chased 350+ targets. In this WC, teams are struggling to chase anything close to 300.

SA failed against BD and ENG.
ENG failed against PAK.
AFG failed against SL.
WI failed against AUS.
NZ was jittery chasing 244 against BD.

If England bat first and set 300 or more, it will be game over for us. But it will also be game over for us if we bat first and score below 280.

Batting first still feels like a safer option to me given our team strength, but let see.
