Yes he targets it. But rarely gets it. His recent records hasnt been that impressive either. Mashrafe had a good ODI series if I remember correctly. Much better than Rubel at least. BPL experience counts when we talk about T20 and yes based on that Mashrafe doesnt deserve to make the XI. But even then looking at the pacers side, he would still make the squad ahead of anyone else.
