Mehedi Maruf packs a punch. That six looked 100m.

Mehedi will know it the hard way, what works on Cook/Root does not apply to Sanga/namesake, they are from subcontinent

My first time watching Mehedi Maruf bat. Seems to have a future as a T20 batsman or a lower middle order in ODIs. Will keep an eye on his consistency in this BPL.

Today's BPL served exactly the purpose that it was supposed to do. All the Bangladeshi players are the standout performers of the day.

Loving the strikes of Mehedi Maruf. Clean as a whistle. Reminds me of Aftab Ahmed.

Dhaka is on its way toward demolishing Barishal. Go Dynamites!

And now Al Amin misses a sitter. Dude is pretty shaken up.

Too many passengers. BTW if any team I should support it is DD. Dhaka is where I was my whole life before coming to US.

Mehedi Maruf. Nearly 29 years old. First Class average of 27. List A average of 32. T20 average of just 14 with NO hundreds and NO fifties. Previous highest T20 score of 37.

This game: 48 runs at a strike rate of almost 200. Yeah, that's what being able to bat with Sanga does to you.
