We need some serious changes for test. At least 5/6 players should be dropped from current odi squad. I would drop Kayes, SN, Alok, Reza, Razzak.

I don't care who u bring in for them. They can't do worse so there is no harm in trying.

If I was Law, I would have hard talk with them in a locked up room for 3 long hours after this game, not allowing to leave the room at all. Hard talk starting with Razzak, Tamim, Kayes and not sparing none. Telling either listen and respond with result or face the coach leaving next day.
