This ploy if used might make way for all-rounder Forhad Reza as cover for Mashrafe and add variety to the attack, which will mostly depend on the spin-trio.

As for rain... this is the pre-monsoon time of year when it is EXTREMELY hot and EXTREMELY humid. There are thunderstorms that whip up with the Northwesterly winds, during which there is relief from the heat. But they dont stay all that long, and then with the sun coming back out makes it almost as bad as a hot sauna again.

Mirpur ground apparently has the best drainage, so that isnt an issue... Although ideally I'd like the conditions to give the pacers some help.

Well looks like there will be no match due to weather. The current condition in Dhaka is Heavy Showers and the match is about to start in around 3 hours
