This tournament is one of the most competitive FC tournament in Bangladesh. Runs here carry big value. So far Kapali is the highest scorer followed by Anamul and Junaid.

Glad to see mullah getting into runs, rony is a flop. Kayes seems in good touch but played like odi which not required here.

In this round, We will see how the domestic bullies do, while the national players are playing. This will allow us to understand better, who is a real talent and কে ফাঁকা মাঠে গোল দিচ্ছিলো।

Good to see Riyad finally getting some runs. Will be crucial at #4 that he scores heavy if we are any chance of gaining anything from the test.

Abul with 3 wickets and an economy of 2.02, good to see he's taking a few more wickets these days and holding a good economy, needs to keep it up though but certainly do better than he has in the past.

I think sabbir is more ready for tests at this point than soumya, in ODIs sabbir has shown a lot of situational prowess and positive/successful implementation and that is a trait that has made many players successful in test cricket, soumya doesn't seem to of developed that side of things yet.

I see many people saying Liton Das might be a domestic bully. But the most outstanding thing about Liton Das is he not only score tons but also with great strike rate.
I am really impressed by this lad.
I mean when he is in batting he completely dominate the opposition.
Also look at who are or were competitor around him. Soumya Sarkar good in DPL but poor FC. Shadman Islam on other hand poor DPL but great FC record. But Liton does well in both formats.

Others like Hom or Ayub scores 100 from 180+ balls. On the other hand Liton generally scores 100 with good strike rate even in tests.
I must say I was never so excited about any BD debutant bfor like I am with this 20 year old.

Overnight score: WCZ 278/8, 90 overs
Central Zone was wrapped up within the
first two overs of the day, as Taijul
Islam picked a deserving 5-wciket haul
to maintain his encouraging form with
the ball. Central Zone added 11 runs
though in the 2 overs, and ended its first
innings at 289 all out.
North Zone began its first innings reply
on a sunny day 2 at SBNCS Dhaka, and
lost the early wicket of Hamidul Islam
(0) who became Shohid's first scalp
with the team's score at 13.

Shadman and Liton started well again.

Shadman is genuinely a good longer version player in the making.

We are searching a specialist test opener for a long time. Recent good form of Imrul has given us some hope. If Sad man can add his name in the list it will be good contest between imrul and sadman. One thing is my concern Sadman is a slow Batman. Some times slow batsman are not as good as the score card suggests.

For some reason i feel he is not number 7 batsman. But you cannot judge a player from one two bad games. Shabbir seems suitable at 7 at odi and test, considering his form at this position he's playing with comfort, it seems.

In that case he shouldn't be playing test as yet. A guy who is yet to reach three figures in 65 fc innings playing test matches as a batsman is a pure joke.

Liton failed to make it big now. 1 run less than Bijoy.
