A T20 match is only about 3.5 hours long and the match started at 5pm BDT. The sun sets in BD before 6, as it's the end of winter now, so the dew would have started to collect by 5pm. Therefore, the fact that there will be substantial condensation should have been obvious quite early on in the match. Bowling plans should have been made accordingly.

Personally, given that dew was apparent early on and Sunny and Shakib were bowling well, I would have finished off at least one of their quotas before turning to the fast bowlers again.

More than any particular batting or bowling skill, its in terms of strategizing and mental resilience that we come up seriously short....over and over again

The batsmen really need to learn to take more singles and couples, these little things make a big difference in the long run

We had nearly 11 overs of dot balls and in the 1st match we had 35 dot balls I think.
This tells the story.

Forget about all the analysis. tell your team to take more singles and doubles. That will solve our problem.

We just don;t have only ONE BIG problem, we have mutiple problems. One may be more prominent than others, but that doesn't mean we forget everything and just analyse one problem and try to solve that one problem.

We need to identify all the possible problems and try to address as many as we can. Only then we can expect to be better.

Focusing on just one prolem and putting all the effort to solve that one problem (which may not be solvable quickly) is not the way to go.

i think main problem was mashrafe's desire to bowl at death over, when he will learn he shouldn't bowl in last 10 overs, never ever

he should remember against zimbabwe and brendan taylor, in IPL match and 100 other matches

I agree. Batting wasn't the only problem today. There are other issues we have to address. In that way, this series has served a good purpose and we could see where we stand. Looking back, we needed another T20I in the tour of NZ.
