why will they declare? they have enough time to all out bangladesh thrice. they wanna achieve their personal milestones as it is gleefully offered by bangladesh. No reward in ending series within day 4. also bd will get extra bonus if they can take the test to day 5. so sl can also charge some commissions from them under the table...
