Good luck to our lads. May Allah bless them and let's hope we have some good cricket.
Whether BD wins or loses, my heart will always belong to them, especially Ash and Mushy. I hope after this game, if a loss occurs, no harsh criticisms please.
England just lost t's second game to NZ. What a finish.

Hoping to see the Pakistanis beat the Aussies.
Pls bear in mind that BD is pitted against teams, who are years and years ahead of them in their cricket, especially WI, SA, OZ,PAK and SL. these are 5 very strong teams playing world class cricket and they are still trying to hold their own against them. This is marvellous experience for this very young team, they still look like schoolboys and it takes guts to face these intimidating opponents, and hopefully, they will benefit, so let's cheer our young lads.

Best of luck to Bangladesh! This is going to be a very tough match against Bangladesh's traditional nemesis.

Game against SL always gives me chill. But again, we cannot do any worse than Australia game or SA game.

It all depends on Ash and Aftab (I hope I can include Nazimuddin too, what happened to him suddenly?). If those clicks, we can still give a fight.

one thing really hurts me that about team selection, in most of the cases all bd fans give more or less same opinion, when the team management thinks just in the reverse direction and i see it from the time i started to like cricket(early 90s)
however, i think that tamim has been read by other teams thoroughly and he has no chance in near future to click. so he should be replaced immediately.
junaid should be taken in his place in the match against srilanka.

Wanted to share some of my thoughts on our batting.I think we are still struggling to come up with a batting strategy for 20/20. From this tournament its pretty clear that there is after all some method to the madness. I am just hoping that we have some cohesive plan before coming in to bat. As usual, the first 6 overs would be crucial. We have to target around 50 runs while the restrictions last. Then we can go along at 6-7 an over till the 15th and holding on to our wickets. The last 5 overs can hopefully produce some carnage. A 150+ score is very much a possibility for us, if we bat as a team...

Bangladesh batting will be key for us...Our top order need to stay atleast 5 overs but scoring some runs also otherwise we will be doomed again today and w Pak. Based on the team selection, it seems we won't be able to avoid it and another loss is inevitable with this batting line up.

We do not need to go out blazing nor do we need to score like turtles. What we need to do is take calculated risks and build partnerships. Even in this small version of the game partnerships are really important.

My gut feeling: another thrashing? I hope not!

I really hope Bangladesh Can Beat SriLanka, but the fact of the matter is, Sri Lanka is extremely good and bangladesh can only win one maybe 2 matches a year if they are lucky. I hope that trend changes today, and we go on to beat SRI and PAK, and AUS.
