its a very very tough group. I thought the other group is way too easy with India England and NZ. I mean if BD went to that group, there were a fairer chance to progress to semis. From this group I dont see much hope. Cause We will not be able to defeat SL. Thats impossible. Australia and Pakistan are the other two teams. But both are very very tough call.

The format of this tournament is faulty. There is absolutely no need to keep the ranking based order, and not placing the group champs as 1. Especially as the second round combined 1 and 2 alternatively.

I'm only hoping a win in toss and sending Aus to bat first. Everything else will be taken care then.
I had real hard time getting a good video link today. Anyone has any idea about a working link.

GO BD GO!!

Party at my house if we win
inshallah if we do win, can i go to your house driving for 11 hours...

on second thought, i am the one who should keep feet on ground since i am the one who said in the West Indies match thread that we don't celebrate until after we win the ground.

proper executing is vital for either teams success in the game. my question is: will we see quality and consistency in the Bangladeshi side tommorrow?

we have seen quality today, no doubt about that. great, superb effort from Bangladesh, always said, WE ARE PROUD OF YOU NO MATTER WHAT but realistically, we must keep wickets in hand...

I just wish Junaid is given a chance in place of Alok. His strike rate is so low, not suitable for 20/20 game. In 4 matched he played, he hit six only once and boundaries only 4 times. With SA game, he played more than one quater balls total bowled and scored miserly 14!!! simply pathetic...

Bangladesh (probable) Tamim Iqbal, Junaid Siddique, Aftab Ahmed, Mohammad Ashraful (capt), Shakib Al Hasan, Alok Kapali, Farhad Reza, Mushfiqur Rahim, Mashrafe Mortaza, Syed Rasel, Abdur Razzak

Default Live action on Sky Geo channel 815 as it is happeneing: India chasing 190

Kiwis give India simple mathematical formula: 20 overs = 190 runs minus 10 wickets

Default Can Bangladesh take the wizard out of the Aus in Today's clash?

I am highly optimistic that Ashraful's Theesra batting skill will make the Aussies humble
