Liton is a good striker of the ball. One of the best we have. He needs to be given the license to absolutely attack the bowling in ODIs while Tamim anchors at the other end. Maybe even give him that role in Tests too.

One of my very favorite Litton Das signature shots is how he moves across the stumps, makes room and deposits the ball from the leg side all the way to deep fine leg or deep square leg for six.

I bet 190 runs came from the legside.Right now the teams haven't worked him out but once they do they will start bowling a foot outside off stump to him.

Bowling outside the off stump wont do much against Liton Das. What would work is attacking the stumps. The Indian bowlers tried to do that in the last match.

If Fazle can get in the squad at 30 Naeem deserves a recall at 31 imo. Didn't deserve to get dropped from the test side in the first place years ago. Shadman also needs to be in the squad.

Shadman definitely deserves a game and Mominul needs to be dropped as he can only score big in flat tracks.

BCB can do plenty of experiments with the test team. I hope they focus on the players who have done well in the FC matches last few years.

Should Sajedul deserve a return?

Mominul and Nurul in poor form...granted I think Mominul got one half century last week and is making starts. Hopefully its poor quality pitches.

Absolutely unacceptable that the outfields are preventing play in 2 of the 4 games.

Sajedul earns 6 wicket haul
Taskin and Soummya gets Fifer
Tasamul scores century
Yet another half-century for Tushar
A rare 60+ by Tanbir Hyder
Shadman scored another 50
Good riddance by Rajin and Co. - Go Sylhet
Ash remains useless

I like what they have done with the pitches in this season of NCL. Some of them are helping spinners; some of them are assisting the pacers and some are batting friendly. Who would've thought that the pacers would dominate in a khulna pitch?

Batting friendly pitches don't give us any result in 4 day games.

I sound like a Broken Record:

Tushar Imran is a must for Zimbabwe and West Indies test series at home. I know he is 34 years old but when Bangladesh's "prime batsmen" gets bundled out for 43, we must be doing something wrong, eh?
