Voted as reqested.
But really don't know really what I voted for and why voted for.
By any chance are we going to get invited to that Big Bollywood type Wedding?

thanks for voting :)
Thanks for voting, everyone!
My dhula bhai (Tehsin) is so lucky to have friends who will support him (especially when they don't know who for or why)
100 apologies for my American accent...the sad part is, Tehsin's wife actually corrected my pronounciation before I shot that! Better luck next time I guess.
For those who asked, a modern bride is someone that opts for a nontraditional wedding, and also balances wedding planning with giving back to the community! It's just a fun, girly contest...so don't read too deeply into it! ;-)

Hmm. So if I cast ten votes for Kathy Saalberg, can I get her to post here too?

You know... You could always write a perl script to auto-vote or use imacros to automate the process instead of manually voting for it every few hours.
Even though I absolutely dislike Tyra banks, I voted.

Are you allowed to ask such question? I mean your lifestyle does not allow such friends. Conglomeration of pathways are not part of our religion right?

Don't waste time voting... all you gotta do is keep mentioning her name and hope she googles herself...

with all due respect to Tehsin bro and and his Shalika, I have no intent to turn this thread into a topic both himself and many others would find rather displeasing? sad, but true...
with that being said, I love AsifTheManRahman, because i feel he personally has a lot of Respect for me, i kid around with him a lot and unlike some intellectual members in BC he never bites back, and that's something I and many others can learn from him
PM me with your thoughts I am always open for suggestions and thoughts!

Voted. She's very pretty and a Bollywood style wedding sounds nice (even though I hate everything to do with bollywood :S )

your so lost! Teshin Uncle said Shalika...clearly that does not mean Daughter my friend!
example: Lets say you get married to a chick with a younger sister. Her younger sister will be your Shalika or Shali, and if you get married to someone with a younger bro, the younger bro will be your shala. Makes sense? lol

Another Thank you post. I do appreciate all the votes for my shalika. She better have some great BANGLADESHI dish at her wedding or else.
Equinox - Vote for the Bangladeshi is much appreciated.
One World - Accent or not, Her resume includes a fabulous magazine that your better half would enjoy, subscribe her to the SAPNA magazine. Also, Natasha recently worked in a NOT-FOR PROFIT company even though those folks don't pay as much. So, vote for the person, not the accent.
Ammark - One World shudhu naam ei one world. He is a divider, not a uniter.
Beamer - Small world indeed. Now you gotta vote double.
Puck - Delectable? Errrm. OK. Too much information. I appreciate the thought and understand you not participating. it's all good.
Rifat - Counted and hoping for a few more until the voting is over. Cheers!
Bujhee kom - Bujhanor chesta kortaam but luv hobe ki?
Cricket-Pagol - much appreciated. Again, if she doesn't have great food at the wedding, we'll petition to get all the votes cancelled.
Cricman - Counted and appreciated.
Fazal - Depends if you are going to behave yourself or not. Judging by your posts, that's a risky proposition, isn't it?
Natasha - I actually do get called DHUla bhai by some of my shala and shalis. DULA hoyeo hote paarlamna. I hope you're voting for yourself. Best of luck. I should mention that Natasha IS marrying a Doctor (hobu doctor, wrapping up soon) just like any full blooded Bangladeshi parents would like their daughter to do.
ATMR - If may want to see Kathy first. Pictures sometimes don't tell the whole story. She may be better suited for the BRIDEZILLA show.
Blah - Thank you. Tyra is Tyra, Confused little big girl with big dreams to become the next Oprah.

Thought you meant Natasha Khan as in Bat For Lashes after reading the first post. I was gonna say "What's she doing with modern bride magazine?" XD

Tehsin bhai, no tension. As far as I'm concerned, NK 12 - 0 KS. And I'm still voting, for the lady from the East of course.

Tehsin's post is like a typical Politician, now as my vision is cleared I can see how great people are made . Nevertheless I had to vote for her. Good luck.

Don't think even ATMR knows why. He is odd that way.

Hmm.. Tehsin, apparently you watch too much TV. How are the real housewives of NJ working out for you?
Anyway - I voted for your shalika. Someone who likes control tops cannot be that bad.
