Bashar's Captaincy issue is my least concern. Effectiveness of Dav's coaching is higher concern (not the highest though) in my list.

I am more worried about Dave's professionalism with Bangladesh team but i dont want to talk about it on this board cause this board members care too much about Dave. If i write a single sentence against Dave than there would be protest of at least 50 posts. So i better not talk about whatmore(?).

A captain has to perform in order to lead by example. Maybe we are missing a leader in HB, but we are not missing a performer. We have to keep in mind that inspiration does not always come from 'Dhomka-Dhomki'.

Give me a set of good players who will perform consistently and I will find a leader for you. There is no reason why we won't be able to find a leader out of several good performers.

my guess would be:
1. his drinking problem
2. his link with media
3. his topless appearance during the matches (this could be Fazal's number 1)

but this kind of things you will get from most of the foreign coaches and i am not bothered about it if he is doing his job properly, and unless there is something more that you know.

He lacks desire/attitude to coach Bangladesh team anymore. All he worries about pay cheques.

How did you get the idea that i am advocating of "Dhomka-Dhomki"? If some members do get the idea that i am asking Bashar to 'Dhomka-Dhomki' then all my effort goes useless. You cannot be a leader if you have to 'Dhomka-Dhomki' to get what you want from your players.

If we make Bashar the captain of Australia team they will fail under him because he dont have what it takes to be a captain. We just dont have a better option to replace him. That's all!
