I have it downloaded, watched the first couple seasons, Dare Devil is the best comic book adaptation to have ever come out of TV, just my opinion though

I really love this show. Hated that it had to be canceled.

Buckwald is an interesting character.

Had the ingredients to be a great show, only if they could have put more faith in it.

Perhaps figuring out how to travel cheap to explore north is a good start? It doesn't have to be travel, it can be so many things beside just wasting time on shows for 2 damn weeks....

I am not an adventurous person, my soul is.. sure.. but I did spend most of my time outside of the confines of walls during my youth and I regret deeply for not doing so much more that I could have.....

that's why it bothers me when I see young ppl just wasting their youth on electronic device....

what you do now will shape up your future more ways than you think.. and let's say even if it doesn't change any future..

When you are old, are you gonna reminisce the 2nd season 3rd episode of lost or would the time you spent one lunch day with a random girl in some remote area of India will put a smile on your face...

i think the latter.

I am not say8ing not to watch tvs, movies, shows... but just don't waste weeks of doing it.. You only have good healthy ~30 years to live... think about how u want to live that..... it's a very short time to enjoy the world effectively.

a lot of us waste time in this site but we do it during our work or between work...

It's not 'Bordertown' the cartoon show...
It is 'Bordertown' - a Finish crime drama series. Story takes place between the border towns of St. Petersburg, Russia and Lappeenranta, Finland.

I have now added to my list - where they come from...
I also have created my own European crime-noir tv drama series database....I will add some more superb ones here in this thread over the weekend...
All these shows can be found in Netflix, Hulu-Plus and Amazon Prime Video. Some you have to search in youtube...I can tell you where to find them in youtube.

That is some wonderful insight on life, thanks for sharing.

The problem is I signed up for this industrial training, which is 6 days 60 hours a week and super exhausting, I mean its draining my energy to the point that once I am back to my room I can't literally convince myself to do anything other than sipping beer and watch something on laptop. Since I already paid for this I can't really go out of Bangalore while it is still on, in fact even if I skip one session it may reflect badly on my certificate.

You know I am not exactly a frog in a well kinda guy, I seek thrill as much as the next person but sometimes you gotta compromise your lifestyle for the sake of something better. We get truckloads of religious and other public holidays here in Bangalore instead of heading back home all the time I utilized them to explore the southern part. Already been to most if not all popular spots, while there are countless other little known places here with pristine beauty are on my bucket list. I may not be another Livingstone or Morgan Stanley but I am no house rat either. All my friends have already gone home and I am not a solo or budget traveler type, I don't like being lonely, I don't do well having no one else present. At least if I spend time watching something I like I can overcome this boredom which is only a matter of a couple weeks ,my GF will be back by the end of this month and I will be whole again

Well, technically it's Mon-sat 9 hours a day lunch break included, but I am usually stretching a couple more hours everyday as I already joined late and the trainers don't exactly spoon feed the interns, which is good actually.

If you are looking for mystery types, check out The Twilight Zone. If you acknowledge that its early days television and accept the visual limitations, the stories are still some of the best ever written. And who says you have to limit yourself to TV shows, there are excellent movies and books out there. Rather than watch the two-part series on The Shinning (as someone mentioned), why not read the book? It's one of the best I've ever read. And since you're all alone, you might enjoy Where's Walden.
