Imtiaz, Yes funny that you know 2-3 Bangladeshi in Chicago. There were at least 30 people in my home to watch BD-Kenya match in last world cup. We were 20 people together to watch the 3rd ODI against SL as it was on Friday night and we wished (not expected) a back to back win. We are a tiger fan hub here.

Good job Shafin.
At least this time the thread is opened by someone other than Shark_fin. Everytime Shark_fin opens a thread, we loose badly.

Nadeem Ghauri (Pak) and Nadir Shah (Ban) will be the umpires for this match.
That stupid a$$ named Mahbubur Rahman will be there with Ghauri for the 2nd ODI

Shafin/Shark_fin if anything happen other than win I am coming to hit u below the belt.
On side note, why we are so afraid of Tikolo after our bowler facing Jaya, Ricky, Sanga, Tres. it looks like
হাতি ঘোড়া গেল তল, ভেড়া বলে কত জল

I just wanted to say something that might sound very negative but I have to say it.
I was born in Bangladesh and I am all for speaking the Bengali language. But, I can't really stand for what goes on in this forum. We are pretty much butchering it. It is great that some of the members try to use English fonts to write Bengali stuff but IT JUST DOES NOT WORK. Most of the time it is really hard to understand what the poster was talking about.
Cricket is an international sport and a lot of people of different culture follow it. Banglacricket is dedicated towards Bangladesh cricket. However, a lot of sport media do pay attention to this kind of websites to gauge the level fan spirit. I think we should definitely try to use the universal language English in this forum to better accommodate any foreign guests and anybody who does not understand the language. I hope this post would not be taken in a negative manner.

Because you are a true Bangladesh fan and want to learn Bangla, the language in the heart of every self-respecting Bangladeshi.

sorry to say mate u are UNDER ESTIMATING kenya and OVER ESTIMATING bangladesh. it will be tight series and even more so if Bashar is unavailable. Hence my amazement that we are only playing 4 ODI's why not 3 or 5???
It would be great if we 4 - 0 though, but it wont be much to shout about, most international cricket fans expect us to be beating ZIM and KEN regularly, its the standard BD team has set themselves now after beating IND, AUS and SRI in the last 18 months or so.

BD is getting whitewashed every now and then. I am sure you meant that BD will get the chance to whitewash the opponent for the first time in the history.
Shaaadhu and Amen.
