If you are good at something, never do it for free.
On a serious note, WTH was he thinking.

Sree always had problem with bad people surrounding him. Birds of feather flock together.

The scariest part is, we don't even know he's been doing this for how long. This guy was once part of the national team and had played 20 odd tests and some 50 ODIs. For all we know he could have been involved during that time also.
He was selected in this year's Irani Trophy to represent ROI ahead of some others and did actually justified his selection by some good performance. A good IPL this year might have brought him back into the central contract and even the national squad. To risk all this for some 60 odd lacks is being stupid beyond stupidity, even if we keep aside the moral and ethical grounds out of this for a moment.

On a lighter note, if Chris Gayle agrees to hit say 2 sixes in an over and takes money for that, will he be charged with spot fixing.

Somewhere I read,
"when Chris Gayle bats, the fielders become spectators and the spectators become fielders."

Champions Trophy WI team is scary!!
Bravo brothers, Cooper, Sammy, Smith, Gayle, Pollard, Naraine. I don't see any weaknesses.

That is why betting should be legalized in this part of the world.
There is no harm in betting, if you are doing it legally and without fraud.
