It is a Test playing nation. In the big league act big (not necessarily big in terms of seniority).

ICC age level tourney is a joke. Rather arrange a Test Championship for this l level. Salvage the longer version.

Anamul is the perfect example of what is wrong with our under 19 setup. Our under 19 batsmen score heavily in flat tracks and against kiddie bowlers with their faulty techniques and then get exposed in international cricket. Same goes with the bowlers. Even Miraz needs heavy assistance from the pitch to be effective. The only one who shined coming from under 19 in recent memory is Mustafiz apart from our big three long ago. The question here is, how come such an obvious faulty technique like Anamul's wasn't corrected during his under 19 days? Or why the skills and techniques of other under 19 players weren't improved? Is it the fault of the coaching staff or do those boys simply lack the talent to learn what the coaches teach them?

Athanaze and Simmons are going strong. Both of them are nearing 100s. The run-rate needs improving also, especially since 13 overs remaining and we just crossed 200
