Looks like flemings plan is working out, go out there and blast everyhing. They don't want to waste any time in this match. I don't know if they'll bat twice however, they might do that to give the top order a second shot.
At this rate, nz will post a strong first innings total and I doubt if the BCB XI team will be able to avoid follow-on. It may sound negative but it's not too far fetched. I'm ready to be proven wrong as we generally do better in practice matches than the real ones.

it is clear that fleming will adopt the policy of attack from the first ball and score as many as runs as fast as possible. the strategy behind this is to demoralise bangladesh bowlers which will automatically shatter the confidence of bangladesh batshmen who are already having lack of confidence.
it is time to the coach, captain and all others to make a counter strategy to overcome this......
hope, they must be realised the same by now and may be working on that

this where kap and sarkar need to show their stuff
they hve the seniority, and the experince, only method of counter attack would be to dig in nd keep ur wicket.

what's up with nadif chowdhury the 12 year old (ma bole aro kom) being the only spinner on the team. You can't count ashraful and kapli anymore as they don't bowl enough to be considered bowlers. As the pitch settles, those pacers are going to get a beating and they did. our lineups never seem to match pitch conditions. i probably don't know what I am talking about. btw nadif is not 12 in case you were going to reply about it.

Our strategy could be the opposite (mainly because if we attack NZ bowlers, it'll be suicide for us). We should take our time, settle in, frustrate the NZ bowlers and drg the match on. This way, our bats will get a good bit of exposure and give the selectors an opportunity to fill up the empty slots for the two tests. Sumon managed to aggravate his injury so we are porbably going into the first test without him.

yeah, this is the right strategy..
the batsmen should learn first to stick in the wicket
runs will come automatically
