Anamul's got 1 more innings to prove himself but I think we have to start thinking about Jahurul opening in Tests. He didn't convert but he's done decent in Tests, definitely better than Anamul. Keep Anamul for oDIs

Ayub looks more positive today. Hope he keeps it up. You can play conservatively but play the ball to its merit and take advantage of the bad balls

Not to mention, Tamim is already at the top who plays his shots. Jahurul can play the anchor role. I'll admit I wanted Anamul to have a shot but he seems to not be ready mentally for Tests yet

The shot was on but poor footwork and execution.
I still like him. Needs to sort out his issues...

There's no difference between opening or batting one, even two down for Bangladesh because of our tradition of losing wickets early. So, I don't think simply changing the batting order would do him any good with that atrocious footwork of his, ESPECIALLY in more challenging conditions than these subcontinental ones.

I thought he could've left that. Seems more like a temperament problem rather than technical

So, does Anamul always show terrible footwork with short-pitched balls?
