I don't understand why these talks of ODI status and 'too early exposure to international cricket' is coming up again. Are we scoring a new low record? No ... many other teams have had such bad scores. So why the same crap again? This is cricket ... and we all (should) know that this can very well happen. I don't understand why Athar can't say just that instead of letting Rameez Raza and Sanjay Manjrekar take pot shots at us ...
At the end, I bow my head to Tapash and Rana for showing some sense of responsibility atleast ...

I guess if SL take longer than 15 overs to win that will be a "victory" for us.

Not really. For Bangladesh it was catch 22. Don't feel embarased. Rather take pride in what the team has achieved in only 2 years. Don't get confused by the statistics these commentators are trying to show.
|
Actualy it's rather unfair. For each gram of pride, we have been subjected to 100 kilos of embarrassing performance. Anyways, I guess that's the price you pay for of being a BD fan. I only hope we perform a little more consistantly nowadays. Those victories that bangladesh had in the past two years are like some small quantities of highly addictive drugs. Once you've had some you always are desperate for more!

Because we are small, weak, new.......
People like to critisise weaks. Thats only the reason. No one raise his voice when India/Pakistan/England/West Indies/ Other teams played bad. Bangladesh is only the exceptional. Because we are new and weak, trying to be strong..........
We are guilty because we are trying to be established. We already in our way. But some evil people don't want that. They just want to make desruction on our way to the glory.......

will lightning strike twice? Afterall look at how much India scored in the first innings. That obviously put a lot of pressure on the chasing batsmen. I would be happy today if BD manages to get half the SL batsmen out before they reach 109.

its pre-destined ...they will do a fantastic job in bowling & fielding.
as they collapsed earlier in batting..they will try to do a pretty good job (although in vain)in other department. its the bangla way of playing cricket
