ppl say it takes 4 weeks to pop an academy level from inadequate to reasonable. well its been 8 weeks my youth academy is on improving+ still no pop! such a bull$hit!

I've been saying 12 weeks for an academy to pop on just improving+ status, that's how long it took for mine to go to superior.
Some good pops today, another 17yo to reliable batting, an 18yo all-rounder to capable bowling and an 18yo to average experience the highlights.

I believe ashraf was only person saying 4 weeks.
Mine took over 8 weeks. Closer to 12 weeks like Turbz mentioned.

Lol. My academies are messed up. And btw I was talking about improving++ now that i remember
And my academies are messed up because i have been stuck in reasonable forever. been over 1 and half season. Surely would have popped by now wouldnt it? On improving + every week.
