Not sure how that could help because he's equally strong outside the "V". Always focused on the merit of the ball with no premeditation, natural footwork, and the ability to put the loose ones away safely but with authority.

I'd say you gotta take your chances and try to break his rhythm. Just trying to "contain" him won't do it. Gotta have bowlers bowling in the right areas and fielders fielding up close and charging the ball to deny him those bunt-and-run singles. Those singles sustain his rhythm.

what we need is that bolt from Malinga's eye to Shamim's lips...I dont get normally agitated that easily but today he's crossing that line...freaking unbelievable...
