Unless it's Pakistan or India, rooting for whomever plays against England is an automatic choice.
Their megalomania is pretty hilarious....esp before major sporting tournaments when they always bill themselves as one of the top sides only to end up doing poorly (T20 WCs aside).

England's Football team is always overhyped by the British media, not sure about Cricket. Don't think they hype their cricket team as much

I never thought about this but find it interesting. Those living in England obviously would support England.. but who would u support when it's BD vs England. It seems most of you supporting BD hmm.
I am pretty certain if USA and Bangladesh plays soccer, i would without a doubt support USA but that's because perhaps I am a big USMNT fan

British media grills the cricket team. But yh football is hyped so much. British media with tennis is too funny, when Andy Murray wins, well done to the British star. But whenever he loses, his an unlucky Scot

When it's Bangla vs Eng, personally I'm leaning more towards being pro England.
It's where I was born, raised, educated, and lived for most of my life thus I can identify more with England than BD. For my parents it would be the opposite.

Was born in BD and moved to England at age of 9. Been here for a few dacades, but am a die hard fan of BD. My children are too when BD are playing against countries other than ENG.

Bangladesh cricket for life. England second. But Between BD v Eng, obviously Bangladesh. Never liked England LOI until recent times, born here or not. Most People born in London don't support Arsenal, Chelsea or Spurs, people in West Ham (the desis) support either Liverpool or Man utd etc. One shouldn't use 'I was born here' to support.
Anyway. Support who you want.

I still stand by that statement in the last paragraph.
Although I felt at some point during the chase that they were being brought back to Earth.
Still have nuff respect for them.
