Well, Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 are in Interstellar space, they will be the first to be pulled in by another star's gravity.

it'll take 40000 years for voyager 1 to pass within 1.6 light years of the star Gliese 445. the space is crazy vast

Einstein's theory of special relativity says that it will appear longer to us as observers here on earth. I would assume that those two space craft are moving at least 0.2c

what I would love to know that in future can we retrieve voyeger 1?, I mean when we start interstellar travel voyeger's journey further becomes meaningless. it should be in a museum then.
the question is even with the advance future technology can we locate voyeger in the vastness of space when it's signal finally goes down? looking for voyeger 1 in space is like looking for a specific gray of sand on a 1000 mile long beach

I hope aliens from some distant star colonize us some day before we kill each other and ruin this planet. We deserve nothing better.

fantastic point! not likely to happen methinks. Besides killing each other, We have already ruined this planet in ways we don't actually perceive or take it too seriously. Too much pollution, polluting the oceans, polluting the air, cutting down trees, destroying many parts of animal kingdom in some ways directly or indirectly be it intentionally or unintentionally. Food wasted is another big problem. wasting valuable resources is another one. How to solve this problem. there are no long term solution i can think of from the top of my head, but there is short term solution: do your part. raise awareness. do not be part of the problem and be sincere about it. acknowledge the problem and eliminate waste from your life as much as you can. make sure to finish your food, make sure to clean up after yourself properly...

The plutonium power is expected to run out in the year 2050, ending the scientific part of Voyagers mission, that's where the Golden Record takes over.

It is good for us that the space is so vast. Imagine having to deal with supernovas or colliding stars nearby or being close to big asteroid belts. Humanity has survived this far due to sheer luck. We still don't have the technology to prevent a giant asteroid from striking earth.
