Having Gazi suspended really hurt our bowling variety. With Jubair the problem was he was too inexperienced but that's not a problem with Gazi and had he been there over Taijul or Arafat, our bowling wouldn't look so SLA dominated

And also our tail enders could have given us some runs as Gazi is perfect for no. 8. We have the worst tail ends of all, that includes UAE and Scotland and its gonna hurt us real bad
@ Zee, injury hoile replace kora jabe.

So is it Taijul or Sunny who is going to suffer an ingrown toe-nail?

Yup he really beefed the batting lineup up as he's a good #8 and then have Mash at 9. Pretty strong tail there all of a sudden

Like I have always said, this guy is a fighter, can't count him out yet. I guess after some initial success this guy took everything for granted just like Nasir Hossain and paid the price(so did the team, his dip in form is one of the big reasons why Bangladesh didn't do so well in 2014 and rightly so he was dropped).
His hunger is back, I think it is a little too late for world cup, but definitely a shooe in for the Pakistan series. Getting dropped from even the 30-man preliminary squad may have been the best thing that ever happened to him and Bangladesh, who knows? His recent domestic performances should help his cause.

Gazi could have been handy in place of one of the SLA's. But i hope this hiatus motivates him to work harder and improve his game though. With good SLA's, an off spinner a leg spinner there is terrific variety in our attack.

He really wasn't bowling well in internationals before being reported, now that he's cleared hopefully he can comeback strong, his batting was a great asset for the tail.

people losing hope on these boys,
I remember how pissed people were with Gazi just before he was accused of illegal bowling action
But now most people want him back , lol
Let´s support the ones we have.

In form gazi is world class. A genuine wicket taking option. He took things for granted and got used poorly by mushy..opening the bowling, used only for left handed batsmen..poor fields and tactics too. Under Mash and Haturi he can reach heights. A geninune fighter and wicket taker, his batting gives depth too.
