Guys, I'm kinda bummed out that I missed out the hit wicket by Mr. Talkie. Can anyone please describe the funny aspect of it?

Didn't know that scoring 5 runs labelled you as a potential allrounder.

It was a "front foot" hit wicket ... Maria's good looks had more to do with that than her voice IMO ...

Enamul Jr.

If his bowling is a total failure, then he might consider a change of occupation, not until then.

Just keep in mind, BCB and JS are not fooled to let him bat just to keep him in his occupation. Enamul will bat well and do well in this test - that is our expectation, I do not care for some pessimists. I wish him all the best.
We should be grateful to him because we won the first test series because of his heroics.
If he continues, one day he may be an all rounder from a seemingly potential all rounder.

Front foot? What, The batsman decided to take a stroll through the crease to releve his frustration after hearing such... tantalizing grunting from the delectable Maria?

Enamul Haque has no first class fifties, no first class centuries and a first class average of 11.28
He is not anywhere close to being an all rounder ... but he did the job as nightwatchman.
First-class 61 97 37 677 42 11.28 0 0 24 0

Hoping to see a better tomorrow. We have all the time in our hands. Looking to see a very big score piled up by our players.

Rfique was absolutely phenomenal during that innings, batted like a pro. His batting is one potential we never quite trapped. Once upon a time that guy was a top order batsman.

It was actually a back of a good length delivery that forced the batsman to go on the back-foot. And resulted him knocking his stumps.
It was a faster one as well.

While balancing on his right leg he moved his left leg too backward to hit the stumps at low middle and leg, while ricocheting back from a slow medium pace - not much credit to bowler.

Seriously you anti-shahadat fans are really getting annoying, the ball was a back of length ball on off-stump, it had in-swing as well.
A good ball
And it wasnt express pace, but it wasnt military medium either, no speedometer

I don'e get it. Maria created more chances, bowled better line and length and even got a wicket to show, when Rubel fell short in all catagory. Still, people keeps saying Rubel's the real deal, SH is useless etc, why?
After a few tests, if Rubel fails to live upto the hype, will the same fate await him?

Yup. Rubu (originally known as "Agent Smith") kept calling me on the cell for score. He just could not believe what he heard... Good times indeed.

If Shakib continues to bowl like this and tightens up his batting a bit he will go down as a legend of cricket. The amount of control he showed with his bowling at such an young age (22) is almost unprecedented. Amazing that he landed balls after ball on the midlle or leg and then turning it to off almost at wills. Hitting the right length relentlessly. And every now and then the quicker arm balls thrown in like a true spin great. I know I'm giving him the large here but, all things being equal, this lad is destined to be a true great of the game, Insha Allah!

Are you fans aware of the fact that BD does not bat well in the first innings, let's hope that they can pass the WI score and at least put a few more runs on the board. Please do not plan how many runs BD will make, it sort of jinx the team.

I seen a hit wicket for the first time. I think Shahdat's scream scared the day light out of Austin.

We need to look at stacking up 450. It's doable. Just bat bat bat and bat.
