nope.......He was in winning team doesnt mean he is consistent performer.....He can score four/six but we need someone to last for at least ten overs....
and stand by list doesnt mean he wont be selected.....a good plaer can be in stand by list due to any reason....look at Asutralian cricket policy.....they do it.
