gilly's wicket, either one at this point, is very crucial. We need one pretty desperately right now. No need to mention what kinda danger gilchrist poses once he is set. even gillepsie can become a potential spoilsport from bd perspective if hez not sent back packing soon. ive seen the guy play long innings b4 and that too in subcontinental conditions. the guy can stay in the middle forever and eat up hundreds of balls without scoring runs thus frustrating the bowlers and allowing his partner to play his natural game and cause some serious trouble. Good luck to our bowlers.

Usually, this is the time that I miss not having a proper leg spinner in the side.
The last wicket partnership has produced 63 runs between Brett Lee and Adam Guilchrist. Now this partnership of Gillespie and Guilchrist is looking to be going towards another big partnership, may be even a century partnership.

I don't think we're gonna be able to get Australia all out below 350.

Gilchrist may actually get a 100 as it appears - but total won't be above 250.

Aussies are definitely saving the follow-on. A very professional and chanceless innings from Gilchrist.
We desperately need a wicket.

Guys,
Calm down. Australia were always going to fight back.
All this needs is good line-and-length bowling ... Lee's already gone this morning, and Gillepsie is the last of the bowlers who can bat a bit.

We need enamul to bowl from other end. He is the man who was troubling the batsman most.

Asa,
Gilly is perhaps the best wicket-keeper/batsman there ever was.
Relax and calm down. It''s just a matter of Bangladesh keeping doing what they are doing, and the wickets will come.
Process not outcomes.

this is pretty frustrating...this partnership nearing 50 now...they'll clearly avoid the follow on. pretty disappointing.

Asif,
Look at what you are saying, and know how well the team must be playing to have you say that.
