2 Suggestions For the site
Zunaid bhai and others
I think banglacricket should do these:
1) change forum link to more search engine friendly url(just use some mod rewrite to do this). Then google/yahoo will crawl all forum topics and discussions, this would be good for site specially more user will be here. I think XMB has this mod already..
2) what about a link directory for site. I saw you guys are rocking on google pagerank because site is linked with bbc, so if you have a link directory and only Reciprocal Links it would help site more ..
here is a good free script, it will take 10 min to set it up and you are ready to go, let me know I can set it up in 10 min.

Can the search option be enhanced ? Now it looks for an exact, single string. For example, if I give - Whatmore Sujon - it will check for it as single string. There is no option to find posts which have Whatmore and Sujon as seperate words in two parts of the text.

Few days back, I asked Nasif to check on XMB how it can be modified to do this. I can handle the mod rewrite on the server level, but XMB needs to change the way it calls pages as well.

not related to the actual purpose of this thread, but it is "kind of" a suggestion as well. So here I go :
Is it possible for the members of the BC Forum to have any insight on what goes in the Board meetings ? Whom does the privilege of having access to such meetings (i.e. upto what ranks of the administration personnels attend the Board meetings ?)
And finally, is BanglaCricket Forum administration entertaining any idea of shedding light for the general members on all the Board meetings that take place ?

I dont think the general members are interested to know what goes on in the Staff meeting. Those who cares/interested should probably care enough for BC to become staff, there is always work to do and we are constantly looking for new staff, cricman is our latest addition who suggested we have a "this day in bangladesh cricket history" section and will make it happen. So you see, anyone can become staff and then he/she is invited to those meetings and will know what direction BC is heading.

Staff you mean, mods are a group of staff that maintains the forum environment.
As for getting staff in multimedia, we just have to wait for a right person to come up and offer help.
