Amazing team goal from Utd against City. The boys showed great character to come back from 2 goals down, that too with kids!
I like the look of the new kids on the block. The likes of Cleverly, Welbeck and Young. I expect to see quick counterattacks and good likn up play from the front boys this season.
I can't help but feel that Sneijder would be the cherry on top of the cake if we get him.

Hes not coming, he already signed a new 5 or 4 year deal contract [alcantara]. Sneijder would be pretty good even though I personally prefer Nasri [just coz hes just getting to his peak while sneijder is already there for a while]. Rumours suggest that sneijder is set to join within the next few days for around 32 mil. Not a bad deal, honestly
^^ Lol I doubt he would bother going to city, he knows it would be impossible to get games at City, I think he might as well stay in Arsenal if not United.
Wayne Rooney scored a hat-trick as Manchester United destroyed Arsenal.
Danny Welbeck, who was later injured, headed in Anderson's pass and Robin van Persie's penalty was saved by David De Gea before Ashley Young struck.
Wayne Rooney put United out of sight with two superb free-kicks before scoring from the spot late on.
Nani, Park Ji-sung and Young added further goals with Theo Walcott and Van Persie replying as Carl Jenkinson was sent off late on.
The Arsenal right-back's second booking means that Arsenal have had a man sent off in each of their opening three Premier League games.
And it compounded a miserable afternoon for the Gunners, who could have been beaten by an even greater margin.
The only sour note was a hamstring injury to Welbeck, who looks likely to be withdrawn from the England U-21 squad for their Euro 2012 qualifier on Friday.

lol not really, His shotstopping was good, but the walcott goal I think should have been saved, it went through his legs. Other than that he had pretty decent command, which he lacked horribly in the first few games. You have to say the penalty was quite lame so no wonder he saved it, he just had to guess the right direction, it had no power. His shotstopping was good from before, he just has to work on his positioning (Which I know will come from experience) and his command on air when crosses and setpieces come in.
Man! What a team! Now 5-0!! Rooney,Young,Nani,ChiCharito... Everyone is on excellent form... Specially Rooney... Posted via BC Mobile Edition (Opera Mobile)
Got our butts handed to us by City, but despite that not too stressed.
They scored of their only chance in the 1st half, and at that stage we were dominating possession(though not creating much in terms of danger). So to go into HT 0-1 down wasn't the end of the world.
2nd half well...a red card(obviously the correct decision) 1 minute into it, against any good side was always going to cost us. But we made it 1-3, and it seemed like the game was meandering out around the 87-88th minute. A disappointing loss, but hey you play 45 minutes a man down, against a very good team, you expect to be punished.
However, the backline, the senior players then decided to give up in the last 5-6 minutes of the game, which allowed City to completely blow the scoreline wide open. Rio and Evra let the team down, and Fergie said as much post match.
City will take a lot of confidence from it, but we'll recover from this just fine, and come December/January be right in the mix. Everyone knew this was going to be between, ourselves, City and Chelsea, and that's exactly how it looks atm.
As for the match itself, we were let down by our midfield duo of Anderson and Fletcher, they didn't turn up.
Only players to not disgrace themselves, young Welbeck and Rooney.
I honestly dont think we missed roo or Nani too much. We just lacked finishing. Valencia is on top form, I hated him before now I love watching the kid play. However, Roo should have played, we might just have gotten something brilliant
To me the worst part was the missed chances, we had so many oppurtunities that we completely wasted. Well done to Liverpool, even though they might not get a seat in the champions league, they look on course to win both the domestics cups. Now its upto them to decide, whats more important, two domestic cups that no one cares about or champions league and maybe even winning the EPL trophy? XD
Horrible end to the season - luckily(unluckily actually) I had other things to occupy my mind.
Transfer season is upon us....
United have all but completed the signing(medical + work permit) of Japanese star Shinji Kagawa for 12million pounds, escalating to 17mil with add ons.
Great signing, he was a vital cog of the Dortmund team that won the Bundesliga, and was voted the player of the year in Germany only a couple of weeks ago.
