"Pictures" section improvements

We've brought in some additional improvements to the Pictures section of the site. Not earth-shattering but we hope useful nevertheless.

• Year-based image display now shows 10 images per page and allows you to cycle back and forth every 10, rather than show all 100s of images per page. This improves page rendering time.
• Have added a very simple search function - you type in a single term and it will return a list of pictures that meet your search criterion. This is just a rudimentary first pass and does not support complex multi term and boolean queries. Useful search terms would be names, match locations (countries) etc..

To come:

• More complex search functionalities like multi term search
• Search by event date
• More powerful sorting and filtering
