"Fielding and running between the wicket" discussion Thread

I know thread are opening left and right. So I was compelled to open up a thread where we can discuss our fielding and running between the wicket.
Before the world cup I thought we are the top fielding side after Srilanka in the subcontinent but I was mistaken by a big margin. I can safely say India is the best fielding side in this region. Their ground fielding was a treat to watch. They were way better than us. As a developing side like us this is a aspect of our game where we can improve quiet quickly if we put our effort into it.
I know that it needs no saying that our running between the wicket is the worst if we compare with the top cricketing side like Australia, South Africa. We can improve this aspect of the game more than 50% just putting a little effort on this.

Any suggestion regarding this will be highly appreciated.
