Any Cricket for the boys in next 5 weeks ?
BPL does not start till 18 January (17th is opening nach gaan ceremony).
Is there any cricket for them next 4 to 5 weeks? If there is no cricket what will they do.
Eat more biryanis or
Do they go to honeymoon with Shakib and his newly married wife?
Anyone know anything. Because I see no news anywhere.

well I hope the BPL teams sets up camps from first week of January. Players deserve to get this month off but from first week January they should be going through extensive camps.

Well I heard that first class franchise tournament will be coming up and Tamim will be travelling to New Zealand to play two four-day games and ten T20 games for Wellington and reunite with Jamie. These players need a break anyway and come back refresh for our next International assignments against Sri Lanka and Zimbabwe.

It can be a fake news. IMO BPL won't be the same without Pakistani players. But players safety comes first. So I wont mind a dreary BPL2

You are absolutely right. But I think we can still get quality players from elsewhere, if not big names....Pak will only increase their own players dissatisfaction if they don't allow the players....they should be more worried than us...
Anyway, Azhar Mahmud and a few other Pak players having UK PP should be available....and if we try we can get many player from SA, SL, Aus... Domestic and from National team discards/ recent retireds....it won't be difficult to fill up the foreign quota...
We need to pay the players in time than visiting Pak, to make BPL successful....

the thing is, India has no cricket during this years BPL. If BPL can manage to bring some Indian cricketers, we can easily rule out Pakistani players.

BPL needs tall express bowlers from England, West Indies, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand so our players can play them well confidently something we badly need. These other Asian countries don't have that so no need to waste your time especially with Pakistan, not our problem they can't hold Cricket.

BCCI does not allow their players to take part in any tournament other than the IPL.

It will be a good learning experience for Tamim. I hope Jamie would work with his fitness.

BCB reduced matches from NCL because of organising franchise based first class league. But now we don't hear any news about it. What about this league? Anybody knows?

sacrificing longer version to arrange T20 and they talk about test development....probably they will renovate the grounds but will they prepare all the grounds..why can't the game happen in different grounds...will the BCB officials play 'cricket' or sit in their desk for tournament planning and organization? How much the top management who plan this tournament spent their time while the game goes on that is hampering them in the planning? Jottoshob dila okormonno lokjon...boisha boisha khaei khali
