Is Cricinfo maintained by Indians ?
There's way too many useless things that I can see today :
Ravikiran: I took this photo at a small village on the banks of the Gangavalli River in Karnataka, India. These stumps were left in place from the previous day, and cows were grazing on the outfield. The coconut trees and greenery provided a picturesque backdrop, though I suspect they didn't do a great job as a sight-screen.
Amader prottekta gramey aro bhalo maathey gramer chelera kheley!
Deepan Palguna: Team Peace, a bunch of engineers from Chennai, could not pass up an opportunity to play cricket when driving along the Big Sur coast of California. Instead of "rough" on the pitch, there was a rock that caused a few balls and a pair of sandals to get swallowed up by the Pacific Ocean.
Ami ar amar friendsra milla beachey khelsi onek, amago chobi ki pathaiya dimu ?
Faraz Jafri: A picture of me clicked by my younger brother, Ali Jafri, from a mobile camera, during a routine fielding drill on our house's lawn in Lahore. This shot depicts effort and commitment and, according to a friend of mine, such commitment should be declared forbidden.
Amar bhai tin tala thaika laaf diya catch dhorsey. Or beparey to kisu lekhli na ?

My advice would be to switch to global edition of Cricinfo. But the site is mostly run by Indians, so you will get those kinda news often.

the new cricinfo is very ugly. there is too much going on and the embedding videos makes the site very slow.

Once a team of Bangladeshi audit team came to embassy in South Africa. Unable to resist Bangladeshi food we invited them to our house. They'd be like the OP's sentiment.
Oh oh mashed potatoes. Tar chaite amader noakhalir chashnii bhalo.
Oh greyhound...(rather SA edition of buses). Tar chaite amader nirapodi bhalo
Oh sun city.... Tar chaite amader wonderworld koto shundor
There will always be people whom you cannot make them happy and will make it a life's mission out of bile to point out nagging faults of others.
I agree with mufi that the interface looks ugly, and yes they are not perfect and not even fully run by Indians which would've saved mr op a google search.
But other than this, this thread is nothing but sourgraping. EVEN IF IT WAS RUN BY INDIANS, what is your point?

A website cater to its majority of audience...u don't have to read everything ....

I thought ICC is maintained by the indians. Cr*pinfo is just a sister company

You can blame the iPad for that. Instead of going all FLASHy and CSSy, all sites are now bland so that the weak=spec CPU of iPads and tablets can render the webpages without problems!
