BCB Election

Surprised to find no thread opened on the upcoming BCB election.

The effectiveness of BCB depends on the effectiveness of the future BCB officials who gonna be elected on Aug 27.

Media is saying that an eye-wash election is going to happen - who will be elected - its already been decided. And now lobbying and give and take things are going on for some positions. There were some irregularities reported in counselor selection for the election. Also some renowned ex-cricketers were ignored in counselor selection - like Lipu and Nannu.

A stable, non-influenced by politics and effective BCB is the pre-requisite for the future of our cricket.
