Is it not worrying that in every ODI/T20, we have to fish for 5 players from the pool of 12 REGULAR players ? It's as if 50% of the team is different every match.
What are we doing about the 11 benched players ? Do they get sent on A team tours ? Why are they not made to play in Tests to hone their skills ?
Why do we still not have at least 6 Test specialists - i.e. they only play Tests ( think Hoggard or Harmison from ages ago )
Who are the equivalent replacements of the permanent players, let's say if they are out of form or are injured ?
