Default Cleaning out the closet...

Its time that we recognize world class talents in our team from the normal to below par ones that gets high on form.

World Class (in order):

Mushfiq: The greatest Bangladeshi batsman to be born. Might not be as flashy as Tamim, or even as creative as Ashraful, but he is the classical type of player that settles into the game, creates partnerships, and makes the players around him play better. Its not a coincidence that whoever plays with Mushfiqur Rahim tends to get runs, even if it is a tailender. He is definitely the most mature person in the team and knows how to control the tempo. His greatest strengths are that he can control himself not to get carried away with situations and knows to work himself slowly up. He is also the ONLY bangladeshi batsman who is able to rotate the strike and take singles like they are supposed to. As a batsman, his technique are astounding as well as shot selection. He is never the one to play a loose shot and get himself out with a nick. He always plays close to his body, and the best of all, HE KNOWS HOW TO DEFEND. He's the only player in the team that doesn't make my heart beat faster in every ball. In my view, one of the top 10 batsman in the world and has the ability to be the top 1-2.

Tamim: He's a strokemaker (not the kind of strokes that you guys make), and gets his runs very quickly. But unlike Mushfiq, he lacks in controlling the game. He can be out at any moment or even go on to score really big when its unlikely to do so. he lacks maturity which could immediately push him up to the top 10 batsman in the world. He also has anger issues, and can easily be angered. Many teams use sledging as a strategy against him (I'm sure Nel would've got him out in the first over or go for 6 sixes in an over). He has shown consistency over time and looks to push on for much longer. He has the ability to play any shot (he can even hit a yorker for a six).

High in Form:

Sakib: Not a batsman at all. He gets his runs, but is very inconsistent. He goes through patches when runs just doesn't come, and times when he plays almost as good as me. He is a very useful bowler. He can force batsman to get out even when the pitch doesn't offer anything.

Mahmudullah

Throw out:

Everyone else.
