I am not sure if you guys watched the Guptil catch. That changed the momentum for the time being. Rossouw and Du Plessis was about to onslaught on the kiwi bowlers. One end it was Vettori and the other end they were shifting changing bowlers. They tried Southee. Bang bang fours. Then they try Williamson. Who would gotten a wicket had they reviewed but they didn't. Then they brought in Elliott to get his share of licking. And then finally Anderson.

Starts with a bouncer. Wide
Then he corrects his length it was too fast for Rossouw who tried to slice, cut and was late to get tot the ball. The ball rose. Guptil like Spiderman jumped to his right, full air borne, one handed grab out of thin air. WOW!!!!! That was the catch of the tournament worthy. They were having a partnership of 83. It was threatening to get out of hand with AB waiting on deck.

SA and NZ were my 2 and 2A. Feel really bad for SA but extremely happy for NZ. This win will give them the world of confidence. Now I'm not sure who to root for in the other semi final. I think NZ will have a better chance against Ind. So thinking of rooting for them although I have a feeling it'll be a one sided affair.

Saffers choked again. Two EASY runouts missed. Amla deferred on a catch that was there for the taking. Behradien and the other fielder didn't communicate. With the kind of attack South Africa has, that was an imminently defensible score. And the choking started early. Bringing on Duminy so that Taylor could settle in??? You should have used up Steyn there!

^McCullum the captain trumped ABD by a long shot. I had full faith in SA until ABD pulled a Mash and brought on unnecessary pressure upon himself and the team. He kept saying they're the best team and enjoy playing with the chokers tag. How does that help the team? He may be the better batsman but Amla is a far better captain than him. Amla is more aggressive but very calm under pressure and tactically sound.

Are you thinking the finals will be a one sided match? Think again.

Could be, if AUS is in the final since every final with Aus has been an extremely one-sided affair (ex.Pak, India, SL)

Its so much fun to watch this NZL team play. What a transformation. If they can do it so quickly, why can't we?

New Zealand deserves to win this. Cricket will win if NZ win.
