we've been doing well this series with mostly the same players but we've always been week in T20s, i think keep a similar sort of team, i like the idea of trying shabbir in T20s instead of riyad but i think we should fit anamul in there also so he can keep getting the international experience whilst working on his issues.

My squad

1. Tamim
2. Shamsur
3. Anamul
4. Mushy
5. Nasir
6. Shabbir
7. Milon/Zia
8. Mash
9. Gazi
10. Razzak
11. Rubel

Perfect time to experiment with the T20I WC not too far away and feel we should have some new faces although not too many of them. Shabbir is a must in my opinion as he did well in the BPL, and seemed to get his eye in very quickly and is a clean striker of the ball. I also feel we should bring Milon in as he's a big striker of the ball. We lack big hitting down the order and he's more of a batsman than Zia is. Chances are though Zia will get in at 7.

I have Riyad out because in 24 matches in T20I's, his average is a 12 with a SR of a 96. Our players records are poor in T20I's but Riyad takes it to a new level. Don't think he should be in. Naeem and Mominul also don't seem good for T20I's as they need time at the crease before they get it going. Plus Mominul was awful in the BPL.

And I'd keep the bowling the same.

yes, it might be hard to see some of the performers from other formats miss out but if they really don't fit into the t20 format then it's better they aren't in the team for everyone's benefit, let's them focus more on the formats they do suit.

Should it matter really? Knowing from the past, we'll have the same squad as the ODI! God forbid, might even put Ziaur for opening

I just hope they have improved on mental fitness based on what we seen last few games.

Not sure why some of us want Shabbir in the team.
He was 18th in run scoring list last BPL and haven't done anything of sort to replace anyone in the current line up. Infact, if we are going to select team based on BPL, Shahrear Nafees should probably batting with Tamim !!

The only T20 specialist I can think of in the current line up is Zia, who should bat at either opening or Number 7/8.

Team should be the same as last ODI.
If Tamim fit to play, Zia might get a chance instead of Riyad.

Anamul can wait.
Naeem can hit as good as Anamul and after his MoM, don't think the managment would want to drop Shamsur either.

Nafees isn't a bad idea. He has performed well in BPL so why not?
