Is Tamim coming back to play the Pakistan match on Wednesday?

Massive news guys, it seems it is not a rumour. Tamim flew last night and came to the practice today.

If Tamim plays the next match, it will be huge!
God help the Pakistanis if he does play though, will mean he gets practice ahead of the WC too and most importantly will be an immense boost to the tigers.

Tamim can't be in the squad unless someone is injured and seems like Mustafiz is suffering from side strain-probably

We seriously gonna fake an injury to get Tamim in the squad?? If someone got injured then its fine otherwise we are stooping down to Pakistan's level

According to prothom alo Mustafiz won'tplay Pak and may be out of Asia cup, and Tamim will take his place.

yeah we are "faking" our best bowler's injury. Think of it this way, somebody got injured so Tamim got called. Not the other way...

True , Tamim can very well get out cheaply, but vs Pak u need better batsman than better bowler, besides we have Hider.

Tamim is usually very good against left handed bowlers, and with Pakistan having 3, I wont be surprised if Mithun or imrul get mysteriously injured tomorrow.

Tamim scored 2 centuries and blasted the Pakistan attack apart alone... He will be a fear factor for sure... Also was the highest scorer in PSL so his inclusion back is a massive boost no doubt... Nobody could walk into Bd team right now and have an impact greater than Tamim, if he does end up playing that is... Also will be a big sacrifice on his part because he needs to stay with his family atm but he is choosing to play for Bangladesh... I think secretly the whole of BD was praying for this...

Mustafizur was clutching shoulder in his last over and well nobody wants to see him out of the team but if anyone it should be Tamim now... Provided he is up for the challenge... Rony the biggest swinger of the cricket ball in Bangladesh and a yorker specialist should come in straight

Haider should be able to make it count. His yorkers will be useful but he is not as skilled as Mustafiz

I think having Tamim against Pakistan is more beneficial for Bd than having Mustafizur. I think our bowlers minus Fiz can take care of Pak batting but same can not said about our batsmen.

Pak is running out of luck....

Wow that's a lot to take in. Anyway, we have whitewashed Pak before without Mustafiz, so we can beat Pak without him obviously. Plus, Rony will get a much needed chance to play. Also, it will be good to have Tamim back in place of Mithun. So let's take all this positively. The only thing I am worried about is how serious Musta's injury is. We need to take care of this boy.

For last one hour I've been trying to figure out whether I should be worried or not.

The way I see it, Musta out, Tamim & Rony in.
Musta stays, no Tamim, no Rony but a walking wicket in top order.

I think I should not be worried if Musta is out, just pray he recovers.

These injuries to our pacers concern me. Rony better bring his A game filling some very big shoes. I genuinely think with Musta out our chances are hampered..even with Tamim back.

Could be Mithun stays, and sohan replaces tamim? Hope that's not the case though! I like Sohan's wicket keeping. Hasn't proved much with the bat so far. Was he good during the Zim series with the bat? I know he had starts with the bat, but like in terms of his actual stroke play. Can the kid play?
