Revenge Series 2012 tour to Zimbabwe
We've lost evrything, our pridde, our repsect, the reputation that we'd earned, the favorites tag...the rankings, nothing else left...but we gotta start, back from square one, because thats how sports it is...maybe we havent declined....they have improved considerably, and we have to improve further...and show a statement when we tour them again same time next year by winning both the test and odi series.....the countdown starts from today itself....and the planning should start from today itself, and the wait, ANTICIPATION starts from today ITLSELF!!!

We are not sworn enemies. I have no problem if Zimbabwe always beats us and ranks number 1 in the rankings.
All I care about is Bangladesh gradually improving. This series was a disaster. Lets hope we start rising from the next series.

Revenge series starts from tomorrow. Its a 5 ODI series ( 2 in 2011 and 3 in 2012).
And I want a white wash.

How about we have our own special series like the Ashes and The Chappel-Hadlee Series? I'm thinking the name should be, THE STREAK-RAFIQUE SERIES. It should have it's special trophy which will be awarded to the winner of every one day series featuring Zim and BD. Bhais, what do you think?

Really.....our first major goal....winning a test series in zimbabwe.....its gonna be a HELL of a journey...but we begin from our nearest competitors...beating them...firmly establishing over them after their re-entry into test cricket.because now they finally can be considered a team..all those meningless odis before...had no value..but now since they are a test playing nation...even the odis we play agsint them will be of significance.....if we win the remaining 2 odis....well....yea..in a way....will get us some prode..and just maybe, restore things to normal as it was supposed or will be from here onwards....so completely back fazal bhai's words

I brought this concept up a bit ago and was mocked for considering ZIM in the same sentence as us at that time but here was the idea.
Have ZIM and BD host Two quadrangular series' every year with each hosting one event. The 4 teams will be ZIM and BD plus WI/SA/AUS/NZ when ZIM hosts and one of the Asian teams (IND/PAK/SL/ENG) when BD hosts on a rotational policy. ENG refuses to tour ZIM so they can be on the BD side.
This will guarantee a nice amount of matches against top quality teams for these three teams. The other strong opponent makes it worthwhile for the top teams to join in and with enough repition it can become a prestigious tournament to play in.
Both BCB and ZIM board benfit financially as well.
