Your team vs Eng
Mushfik needs to give up wicket keeping period. we cant afford any miss chances against the strong English batting lineup.
My team
Tamim
SS
Shakib
Mushfik
Liton(wk)
Mullah
Mosaddek(if slow pitch)/Sabbir(if batting paradise)
Saif
Miraz
Mash(C)
Fizz

Mosaddek
Saifuddin

Rubel
I would drop Fizz and let him comeback strong against Sri Lanka. He isnt looking very good and he is definitely not someone that can play 9 games in a row.

Guys, England "never" played Mustafiz.
Mosaddek and Miraz must play and if we want the extra pacer we can opt for Rubel. The team should be:
Tamim
SS
Shkib
Mushy
Mithun(or rubel)
Riad
Mosaddek
Saif
Miraz
mash
Fizz

There is no similarity between Soumya Sarkar and Sourav Ganguly. I always found it strange when people compare them. Even there batting stances are completely different, Soumya has a very upright stance while Ganguly used to bend lower while taking his stance.

Two changes for me.
Rubel in for Saifuddin (it’s England and Rubel has fond memories)
Liton in place of Mithun.

Out of all the nicks that's the one that did it for you? Lol. Back in 2015 people made the Ganguly-Sarkar comparison. For what its worth, I don't see it either. SS is mentally weak, Ganguly isn't. SS is also much more athletic and agile.

Nothing serious. It's just that it reminded me of that comparison people used to make. I see the similar trends with Hetmyer-Lara, Tamim-Shadman etc. comparisons.

At the moment Saifuddin is more valuable to the team than even Tamim or Mashrafe

Tamim is a exaggeration. he is our best bat after mushfik and have been avg 50+ for a long time. he will come good. Law of avg will come into play soon

I see a lot of ajeira/meaningless changes suggested here
I'll go with Nekre's 1st post, so Lit-on in , hashtag Me-toon out
I'd like to see Mushy not keeping but I feel like that won't happen.

no changes for me.
Only one change for me: Mash turns up with the ball. that's it. if Mash is genuinely injured(which i suspect he is) he should sit out

on a 2nd thought against a batting powerhouse like Eng we should have more wicket-taking option/depth
I think we can drop a batsman like Mosaddek to bring in Rubel.
Mosaddek will either contribute 20/30 runs or might get out cheaply but Rubel is capable of taking that 1 or 2 crucial wickets which could change the game for us.
Against Eng anything less than 330 is not defendable unless u have good bowling options.
Look at the teams doing well, Ind,NZ & WI, all because these teams are taking wickets.

I would suggest two changes:
Rubel and Litton IN.
Mithun and Riad OUT.
It could have been Mossadek, but I have LITTLE trust that Rubel, Fizz and Mashrafee will be able to bowl 30 overs. And so Mossadek's bowling is needed. he will have better blowing stat than some of our over hyped FBs.
Riyad batting late order and without his bowlingis is less useful for the team.

I will make 2 changes. Both being wishful thinking
1. Mash sits, Rubel comes in
2. Mithun sits, Liton comes in and taking the gloves from Mushfiq and keeps
