Default Youth Asia cup hockey

Loads of goal. Conceded.

We lost to South Korea in the first game. 8-0.
Second game we beat Oman 7-1.
Third game we lost to Pakistan 8-2. Leading the half 2-1 Seven unanswered in the second half alone.

I think the game is played in India.

Other scores Pakistan beat Oman 5-1 in their first game.

BD's next match should be against Malaysia/Japan/Singapore for deciding who can finish in the fifth place.

Drag-flicker Diwakar Ram scored a brace as an inspired India raised its game to beat Malaysia 3-1 in a Group A match to reach the semi-finals of the Junior Asian Cup hockey tournament at the Gachibowli stadium here Saturday.

In another Group A match, a spirited Japan toyed with Singapore 9-1. Japan, who made things difficult for hosts India Friday in the opening match, played an attacking game and pounded the Singapore defence.

++++

After our Singapore match, if we win, we will face Malaysia juniors. Else back to face Oman.

By the way, India will be playing Pakistan in the semi-finals. On the other semis Japan face of South Korea (defending champions).

A win and garanteed entry in the Junior WC next year for any team. So alot of things are at stake.

+++ Japan booked semis berth by beating Malaysia 3-1 also. They lost to India 0-2.

that statement sends out the wrong message.
BD only drew with Singapore that even a goal less 0-0. In the tiebreaker they beat them 3-1.

India Pakistan rey 3 ta disey. 3-1. However, there was a brawl in the first half with India leading 1-0. the rest of the way Pakistan played with 10 players. Both team had one player injured in the free style brawl.

BD only conceded 1 goal vs. Malaysia n hold the 6th position like last time. Not bad after less than 1 week practice.
