Fast Bowling Coaching
Please excuse me for posting this clip but I wanted to help any interested fans and fast bowlers with the secrets of how to work on and develop a world class action.
A bowling action should be solid, dependable and repeatable and there are 4 things that have to happen in the action to make it like that. This clip shows what they are:

Whatever level of cricket you play, you always want to be better. I feel that with the understanding of how to improve the bowling action then the outcome (where the ball goes) is greatly improved. If you have the 4 Tent Pegs (as they are called) in your action then you have the best chance of making your action the most efficient it can be. This gives you control and also additional pace.
In the light of the many comments about Bangladesh bowlers, perhaps you can now see for yourself what work needs to be done, and which bowlers have or have not got the key positions they need to be truly consistent.

Just curious coach. Did any of our pace bowlers ever contact you after you have left?

Rubel and Nazmul did... perhaps the others should have done too?

Ian, A question i asked in another thread,
If you have seen Vitori bowl, what is it that is making the difference for him? Line? length? Variation? Pace? all?
what can our batsmen do to improve against him?

Vitori is simply bowling as many balls as he can around off stump and swinging the ball. There is no mystery to it. The batsmen have to make sure they move their feet and cover it so their shots are in the correct line and not just throw the bat at it or push away from their body.

What pace do you think he's bowling at? My best guess would be in the 135-140 region consistently. What pace do you think Rubel bowled at?

Thanks. So basically he is doing exactly what Bangladeshi batsmen are weakest against.

Ian did u share your views about Alauddin Babu in BC yet? He seems to be a growing medium pacer allrounder.

IIRC Taskin did not play international cricket for the last 6 months, so where did you see him following the 'guidelines' all of a sudden?
