ICL also had a committee like BCCI. What makes them worse than BCCI ? it's rathar the opposite.
ICL was a challenge to the monopoly of the sport. If ICL would be successful to make a deal will BCCI that would have benefitted a large number of cricketers all over the world through such leagues.
