We do need a special training for Fielding if not a full time coach. A crash course from Jaunty level ex-player will suffice. The trainees need to carry that knowledge and execute that practically.
For starter, check that catch by Ken Williamson in current Eng-NZ match. We would find Naser doing it frequently at many matches. Those do not happen in a day. Beside practice, commitment and skill is necessary.
